Terms of Service

Effective date: October 17, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Computer Agent Labs, Inc. ("we," "us") governing your use of Porch at porch.okibi.ai, including its MCP server, inbox addresses, and approval pages (the "Service"). By using the Service, including by connecting an AI agent to it, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company, and "you" means the company.

The Service

Porch gives AI agents temporary public web addresses ("inboxes") that record HTTP requests sent to them, and lets agents read, wait for, and respond to those requests. The Service is provided free of charge. There are no accounts: each inbox is controlled by a secret inbox key.

Inbox keys and addresses

Keep inbox keys secret. Anyone with a key can read and delete the inbox, and you are responsible for activity carried out with keys issued to your agents. Inbox addresses are public by design: anyone who has an address can send requests to it, so treat everything an inbox receives as untrusted.

Your content

You are responsible for the requests you send to inboxes, the responses and pages you configure, and the content your agents handle. You retain your rights in that content and grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit it solely to provide the Service. You must have the rights and any consents needed for the data your agents ask others to send to an inbox.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service. Among other things, you agree not to use it to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• phish, deceive, or impersonate, including through custom responses, redirects, or approval pages;
• distribute malware or host illegal or harmful content;
• collect sensitive personal information (such as passwords, payment card numbers, or health data) without the clear knowledge and consent of the people providing it;
• send spam, or harass anyone;
• probe, disrupt, overload, or circumvent the limits of the Service or its infrastructure, or try to access inboxes whose keys you were not given.

We may block, delete, or rate-limit inboxes, addresses, or traffic that violate these terms or harm the Service or others, without notice.

Limits and availability

Inboxes, requests, and other data are deleted automatically on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy and documentation, and are subject to size and capacity limits that we may change. The Service is not a storage or archival product: keep your own copy of anything you need. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Open source

Porch's source code is licensed separately under the MIT License. These terms govern the hosted Service at porch.okibi.ai, not your use of the source code.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that requests will be captured or delivered, or that data will be retained for any period.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your agents' use of the Service, or your violation of these terms or the law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
